The Strategic Marketing Manager FMT Market Segment based in France (FR), Epsom (UK) or Germany (GER) will be responsible to set up and review the business area strategy, independently lead key strategy initiatives to ensure the business success.
What you will accomplish together with us:
Support the Manager of Stategic Marketing to set up the business area strategy , propose business area initiatives and strategy Roadmap
Support to develop methods, adopt drug tracking and visual management tools, analyze global customer’s pipelines to provide industry insights, proper evaluate/quantify the market size, opportunities, competitors and Sartorius performance in the business area and targeted customer groups
For assigned initiatives, identify key industry trends, inform and influence strategic decisions, understand the whole global Ecosystem, watch for potential M&A targets and partners
For assigned initiatives, build customer segmentation in target market, Identify customer’s pain points and link them with business potentials to guide the package process solution development
For assigned initiatives, effectively execute it together with team members and stakeholders, drive for business impact
Participate in industry related conferences, meetings, industry associations and working bodies
What will convince us:
Master degree or above in Biopharm, Complemented by a marketing qualification (MBA or equivalent)
Several years of working experience in the industry with proved successful strategy cases
Deep industry and process understanding, basic knowledge in evaluating the assets
Familiar with financial terms and good at data analysis, strong Microsoft skills, good at presentation and communication
Logical thinking, result oriented, self motivated, team player, creative thinker
