Take part in a world-class, diverse, and talented team committed to responsible business conduct and see where the future takes you. #ENERGYCOMMITTED Job description Main missions: (Ex: Ensure, Provide, Coordinate, Supervise, Maintain, Analyse, Liaise with, Check, Promote, Monitor …) Responsible for the development of the Category strategy in view of increasing SBM competitiveness and actively participating to SBM business development. In charge of the effective management of strategically important vendors and the efficient global sourcing of key equipment. Ensure that projects and operations receive the full benefits of these arrangements by supporting the correct implementation of the procurement strategy on proposals/projects/operations. Develop long-term collaborative relationships with the strategic vendors and seek to continually and jointly improve vendor performance. Negotiate Frame Agreement Coordinate with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop mutually beneficial long term Frame Agreements (including all aspects such as commercial mechanism, schedule acceleration, quality control, document deliverables, technical design, legal and contractual terms and conditions) for key packages with strategic vendors and continually improve them based on internal feedback. Measure of Effectiveness: Deliver Frame Agreements in line with internally agreed strategies that provide benefits to our business in line with established F4W principles Ensure the FA’s are utilized on Projects and undertake/coordinate feedback and lessons learned sessions with relevant internal and external stakeholders to continually improve the value of the FA’s.
Job requirements School/studies/degree: Engineering degree. Experience: + 5 years in Supply chain Management Management experience Operations – Maintenance knowledge of FPSO
Specific skills / expertise / product: RFQ knowledge Negotiations Skills Plan and Execute skills
Behaviours & inter-personal skills – Key points Communication Organized
