Reporting to the Head of Residential Strategy team of the line of Business This position allow to closely work with the Strategy team, Marketing teams, and R&D

Role & Mission : Bring a bold Digital offer for a new Energy Management Solution

Define and implement improvement axis (UX/UI, Golden Rules) of Wiser Energy Apps to significantly upgrade adoption rate For each release (every quarter), set a roadmap of evolution for both Consumer Apps and Commisionning Apps country by country Make competition inteligence for the large New Energies Landscape including CLIPSAL Solar Define a new web interface for professionals allowing new Services country by country with associated evolution roapmap Set and track success indicator of the digital offer Set the new offer of Services activable thru micro payment Set the eCommerce Go-To-Market for the NEL Offer

Qualifications

Skills and Experiences :

Demonstrated experience of digital offer and knowledge of golden rules for a digital Customer Path Knowledge of Community management and associated "Gaming" mindset Knwoledge of Solar Business or associated Energie field Fluent in English, French is a plus Understanding and interest in energy issues
