You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:




Participate in the construction of the global negotiation strategy in collaboration with the Offer and Marketing teams in an omnichannel environment
Define partnership strategies and negotiations adapted to each brand in your portfolio
Understand the evolution of distribution models and define our future partnership strategies
Develop new partnerships to support the brand in its development strategy
Ensure the signing of annual agreements and their implementation with all countries in the EME region
Legally secure all agreements negotiated on an EME scope
Manage with your team the results associated with your brand scope and define corrective action plans if necessary
Support and develop your employees in their personal development
Lead your team in achieving the objectives of growth and profitability in line with the commercial policy of the brand



Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are …



-A business school degree or equivalent university course


-10 years of experience in Category Management (Selective Distribution or Retail) or in negotiation (selective or Retail).


-Proven managerial experience of at least 5 years


-Leadership, innovation and change management in a scalable omnichannel environment


-Good analytical skills and good digital skills


-Excellent ability to negotiate, sense of persuasion and the desire to surpass yourself


-An ability to find solutions in an uncertain and complex, results-oriented context


-An ability to be agile and adapt in a context of European and omnichannel development


-Good oral fluency and public presentation


-The qualities needed to integrate effectively into a matrix structure


-Fluent English
