Join Shine as Lead Product Marketing Manager :

We're striving to re-define the role of a bank for small businesses. Shine is not just a bank account. We want to alleviate the mental load faced by entrepreneurs when managing their businesses.

In addition to this large vision, we serve a diverse group of users (from developers, designers... to Uber drivers, small shops or construction workers) that have different needs and behaviors.

As a Lead product Marketing Manager, your job will be to understand the voice of the customer to develop impactful product narratives, and drive growth through successful product launches.

You'll lead and mentor a team of 2 product marketing managers, that will grow alongside our fast-growing product team.

What you'll be doing :

You'll help grow the product marketing function at Shine through operational excellence and leadership You will work closely with the Product, Engineering, Content, and Growth Marketing teams to prepare and execute features launches You'll craft effective messaging to communicate about the Shine product and features You'll ensure we tell a consistent story from website pages, marketing content, to product copy, in a way that resonates with our customers You will acquire a deep understanding of our users needs or lack of product understanding by doing interviews, reading support tickets, animating our public roadmap board... You'll dig into the numbers so every decision you make is informed, and backed up by data You'll contribute to strong communication between product and marketing teams and stakeholders

Skills and background we are looking for :

You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management or a relevant marketing role, Previous experience in a SMB Saas or consumer product startup / scale-up You have a touch with words. You know how to tell a story and turn complex concepts into engaging and simple messages You're understand the variety of communication mediums and when to use them, from webinars to blog articles to push notifications You have an analytical sense. You're not afraid of digging into data You're a team player: you'll collaborate with a wide range of teams at Shine French is your mother tongue, and you're fluent in english (you can apply in french).
