Your role
We are looking for an experienced Global Growth Marketing Manager to support existing markets - France, UK & Spain - and new openings - we’re planning to launch 2 new countries in 2020 - with innovative and ROI-driven growth strategies. Working in a horizontal structure, you will act as an enabler to create impact and accelerate local marketing strategies, using a diversity of levers, among which performance marketing, product marketing, content & SEO.
We are looking for an ambitious, international & full-stack profile willing to have a real impact in one of the most dynamic startups in Europe.
Reporting directly to our Head of Global Marketing, Brand & Communications Nicolas Breuil and working closely with the Local Marketing teams, you will be responsible for:
Plan and drive growth marketing strategies for new markets to go-live Advise, support and challenge Local Marketing teams on Enterprise Marketing, and help them scale the acquisition of SaaS independent B2B users Work on the user journey using marketing automation techniques and contribute to Product Marketing efforts Contribute to the global Content strategy in existing and new markets Own our website SEO performance and contribute to the website’s product roadmap Implement new tools and technical stacks to boost growth & team’s productivity Collaborate on optimizing marketing’s business intelligence dashboards (conversion tracking / revenue reports) Act as a focal point for Growth knowledge within the organization and own team mentoring on related topicsRequirements
Solid 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, prior Growth experience in a tech company is mandatory Proven track of success growing user bases, optimizing funnels, and understanding how to measure and maximize products Extensive knowledge of B2B performance techniques - SEO, SEM, Paid, CRM, etc. Hands-on and results-oriented, you have a data-driven mindset and are able to measure and adjust quickly your actions People person - you’re able to interact with multiple stakeholders and get them to trust you Organized - you’re a born multi-tasker and like to have multiple projects in your hands Tool lover - your favourite website is Product Hunt Perfect oral and written EnglishBenefits
