We are looking for a Fixed term contract to replace a team member on maternity leave until beginning of January. The position is in France at Paris - La Défense.
The candidate will integrate the EMEA marketing division, part of the Private & collective housing department.
He/she will report to the Brand, Digital, residential market director.
He/she will be a member of a team of 20 people working on digital, communication, Design and product categories.

Missions :
Drive segment strategic recommendation, define business ambition and related roadmap definition Identifies Private & collective housing segment insights, trends, key target audience’s needs, & competition approach/offer Define the Unique Selling Points/value proposition for the segment and mandate Cat Man for category/product improvement/development Drive market Segment/services project exploration & Responsible for all business plans & marketing positioning during the whole project Lead segment initiatives (Study/focus group / exploration / expertise, services…) until completion of the project and mandate communication execution Follow up, Challenge marketing & sales country action plan & support local execution Coordinate & align between divisions & Global, & GKAM organization#LKD
