The HR Internal Communications Manager is part of the EMEA/LATAM HR department, located in La Défense, in Paris.

The HR Internal Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies that engage, inspire and connect employees with Tarkett’ s Mission, Vison and Values, as well as our “Tarkett Win” company strategy.

Within the team and in cooperation with entities’ HR teams he / she supports deployment of defined and agreed company’s HR projects and contribute to the development of teams and mastery of HR processes.

The individual will play a key role in driving employees’ understanding and awareness around company activities and key initiatives.

Amongs the responsabilities :

Develop and implement a comprehensive division internal communications strategy to inform, connect and engage our employees a Create a partnership with Group communications and EMEA LATAM Business Partners Develop and implement effective communications operations to promote awareness, understanding, engagement and/or adoption of organizational change (major change programs) among multiple stakeholders. Strengthen senior leadership communication capabilities through strategic counsel, engagement strategies, tools and resources. Draft messages, talking points and presentations on behalf of senior leadership team for internal communications. Help to strengthen the employer brand through social media, interactive events and digital experiences to achieve maximum impact. Provide input into the development of internal communications best practices and ensure practices are implemented across the team. Measure communication effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative methods and tools. Leverage insights to continuously improve and adjust approaches. Ensure that communications efforts are legally compliant and cost-effective. Identify risks, issues, and challenges and recommend solutions. Assess risks, issues and potential communications problems and provide proactive solutions. Managing the internal communications side of ‘incident/crisis’ communications as required. Support our Sales excellence and Customer experience programs by providing and building with local teams the tools & initiatives needed for the development of sales and customer service populations. Build the HR dashboard and manage HR KPIs – lead preparation of Division monthly HR calls. Support the EMEA HR VP on transformation projects Support deployment of transverse initiatives: Tarkett awards, employee survey, internal events/conferences etc. Pro-actively managing the team’s budget and driving forward efficiencies where possible.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, HR or Communications. Minimum of 6 years of experience in an internal communications role or a related field, in an international environment and ideally with commercial populations. General knowledge of appropriate methods and techniques for communicating with multiple audiences. Thorough understanding of business strategies. Strong skills in HR project management. Fluent in English is a must. Speaking French is an advantage Comfortable with IT tools Ability to build strong relationships and establish strong interpersonal connections at all levels of the organization; Successful in transformational change/change management. Being able to deal with matrix organization and fast moving environment. Writing and editing for internal and external audiences; Interacting with and influencing executive and senior leaders; Project management with ability to lead/manage multiple projects simultaneously
