Manager
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolutionary environment and have the ability to bring creative and innovative solutions to our company in alignment with the company’s strategic direction. The candidate will also be responsible for leading the company’s communication policy / strategy to increase its global visibility, mainly in markets such as the West Coast, China, and Japan.
You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with the executive committee to manage the following initiatives:
– Global corporate communication strategy
– Content management of Transatel websites
– Social media management
– Press relations
– Event planning and follow up to marketing campaigns for new product launches
These functions must be carried out at 2 levels:
– On the one hand at Transatel’s level, as an independent entity
– On the other hand in collaboration with the marketing communication teams of NTT ltd, headquartered in London)
Main Responsibilities Include:
Corporate Communication
Manage external corporate communication
Contribute to internal communication
Support marketing teams through communication campaigns
Work on the employer brand with the HR team, in order to promote recruitment
Benchmark web and digital presence and communication operations of competitors
Press Relations
Manage the relation with our agency
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers as well as journalists, reviewers, bloggers etc. in France and worldwide
Manager the press relations worldwide
Create and distribute press releases in relation with the marketing team, the managers and the PR agency
Identify and arrange corporate media opportunities for leadership
Contribute to the writing of White papers
Website / Online Community Management
Develop a new and improved strategic vision for the Transatel websites
Design, execute, and maintain changes to all company websites – English/French
Track, manage, and improve visibility of digital platforms (internet, social networks, YouTube…)
Promote company news, marketing initiatives
Support the marketing teams in the production of video content
Events
Organize and supervise our participation in trade fairs / conferences (internationally or in france)
Follow the logistics of events with our various partners and suppliers
Corporate Identity
Develop our graphic charter and document the presentation rules for graphic elements:
Harmonize visuals on company websites, presentations, and internal / external documents
Include guidelines to ensure continuity of logo, typography, fonts, colors, and layout
Improve our Employer Brand in an innovative way, in support of the HR team
Develop a strategic plan to increase brand awareness and move the business forward
Design and implement video presentations of Transatel to showcase its various activities, culture, etc.
As mentioned above, all of these activities must be carried out, taking into account the autonomy of Transatel and the need to work with the entire NTT group and in particular the shareholder of Transatel NTT ltd (whose registered office is in London).
Mininum Skills/Requirements:
Minimum Master’s Degree in CELSA, Science Pro, Business Schools, etc.
5 years minimum experience in communications and marketing required within an Anglo-Saxon and High tech environment
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and if possible in French
Ability to work independently, creative, goal-oriented, attention to detail
Project Management experience
Good analytical skills, strategic-thinker, change management and implementation skills
Employer branding experience: strategic web design, videos, marketing campaigns, etc.
Bilingual or native English proficiency is essential for this position
Proficient in MS Office Pack
