Do you want to understand how the second-hand sellers and buyers interact, what kind of supply do
we need to boost our business and how can we improve our user experience on the findability of
products on the platform? Join our team.

What you’ll do

Understand our supply : provide key insights about our top categories to the regions and the
other busines units building a supply strategy per quarter (straight forward action plan with a
specific focus per quarter to tackle main pain points and boost the categories performance).
You will be the expert of Vestiaire Collective’s catalogue.
Monitor market evolution : keep up to date of market consummation trends and market
competitions dynamics.
Monitor performance : track performance of our categories, always look to achieve your
targets, understand the performance and non-performance and take actions to modify your
action plan, based on it.
Take part of key 360° projects : support the business teams on projects like new taxonomy,
sustainable supply development, merchandising and fashion topics, etc.

The role will report into our Head of Category Management.

Who you are

2-4 years of experience in retail or ecommerce companies with a focus supply
Customer oriented
Market oriented
Caring, curious and open minded
Strong team work capabilities and leadership skills to influence other teams cross the
company
Top analytical skills (Excel, SQL)
An understanding of fashion
Fluency in English
