As a City Manager, you will be in charge of shaping and leading your city to success. You will be reporting directly to the CMO (in Paris), with a strong link with the Dubaï Operations Manager : Working closely with the global marketing team to implement new processes and products in your city, and ensure consistency with the global brand image, Strategy - Own your market by defining business priorities, set bold timelines to reach those goals and take marketing decisions, Insights & data - Know your market, customers and follow your product satisfaction. Follow and analyze your sales data to support your sales and distribution strategic plan. Communication & PR - Be the voice for Agricool in your market for customers and journalists, through PR, social media, emails and events. Distribution - Develop your local distribution strategy incl. merchandising and price adaptation, product mix, choice and negotiation for distribution channels.

Profil recherché

At least 2-3 years experience in Marketing, operations management, management consulting, strategy work in a large business, growing a startup or similar experience. Willing to own a market and grow business there Ability to take initiative and easily adapt to constantly-changing work environment A creative mindset and enjoy putting in place initiatives to solve practical issues Super organized, great project management skills and ability to work with little supervision and to prioritize effectively, Hands-on, attention to detail and problem solving skills Data-driven Fluency in French and english is required
