As we embark on this exciting journey, our Rapid Diagnostic Division and Informatics oUS team is searching for a talented Medical Device industry marketer to join the organization. In this unique opportunity, the Product Marketing Manager will have the responsibility for the successful execution of both long-term and short-term strategies for two key Informatics product portfolios - Data Point and AegisPOC.

The Role Guide marketing projects from concept to completion, overseeing all aspects including requirements gathering, scope definition, creative brief, design, budget, approval, and change control. Work closely with sales team Marketing Communications to develop and implement strategies to increase market share. Understand and develop strategies for different geographies outside the US. Work with event management team to help plan tradeshow, congress events and other events as needed. Work with digital marketing team to optimize internet/mobile representation of products globally. Gather project requirements including client’s project definition, requirements and business needs to set a clear project scope. Create product release plans; analyze and document all existing information on project objectives, deliverables, schedules, assumptions, constraints and dependencies. Estimate and validate timelines and resources needed to successfully complete product launches in the product release schedule. Communicate project status and problems to project stakeholders. Assess project risks, identify solutions and work with business sponsors to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Manage changes to projects – understand and communicate the impact of changes to a project’s scope and schedule. Provide continuous communication with key stakeholders (customers, suppliers, internal partners, project team members, and leadership) to ensure they are updated and engaged. Create project financial projections as part of business case development for product development projects. Assists with pricing for product annually or as new features are developed. Assists with negotiating development agreements with vendor partners. Set performance expectations for project teams and provide feedback to individual team members. Identify skill requirements and timing of resources needed to complete work and effectively delegate tasks to those resources. Strive for continuous improvement through implementing local process enhancements and sharing best practices through the introduction of innovative ideas that bring maturity to project planning, execution and reporting. Contribute to alignment of Project Management practices with business objectives. Verify scope of works for projects and identify gaps in information prior to final contract. Provide technical input on the configuration of projects for projects where moderate technical assistance is needed. Provide and communicate hardware requirements for software installation projects. Other responsibilities as assigned. Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.



Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, plus 5 or more years of medical, laboratory or informatics sales/ marketing experience required. Marketing skills covering the total marketing mix, with a focus on Product Management Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus Overnight travel as necessary to complete business requirements. Up to 75% travel throughout the EU. Ability to operate independently without frequent supervision or guidance. Personal attributes to enable success in a dynamic organization: work ethic, persistence, tenacity, creativity, confidence, positive attitude, energy, team player, customer focus, resilience, stress tolerance, problem solving, flexibility, persuasiveness and the ability to take risks. Ability to rapidly adapt to fluid product line changes. Strong communication skills, oral, written, and interpersonal and ability to present to management and non-financial resources. Microsoft Office and familiarity with web-based software tools
