You will be the person responsible for the full cycle of choosing the events Alkemics attends, organizing them, and attending them.

Understand the business objectives of Alkemics to propose relevant events to attend in order to general leads and create brand awareness Manage entire projects: every event is your most precious project You will handle logistics, service providers, as well as internal & external communication around the event You are the most resourceful person in the planet Drive and onboard the sales team Collaborate with our internal graphic designer to co-design the perfect event materials (flyers, kakemonos, stands, etc)

Requirements

1-3 years of Event Marketing experience, looking for an impactful startup experience Curious by nature, capable of keeping up-to-date with our industry events Can do attitude and autonomous (just in case you didn’t catch it above!) Previous experience in handling events or similar marketing projects Capable of understanding, articulating and prioritizing tasks Design skills a plus Fluent in English + French
