Business environment

Communications and Brand team covers internal & external communications, as well as employer brand topics.

It accompanies locally, the Company strategy and business goals in communicating current and future challenges as well as divisions' strategies.

The team also strives to enhance the natural process of communication, relying on a range of tools to keep Amadeus Nice people connected. It is the team accountable for all employer branding topics, HR communications as well as external communications.

Purpose

Reporting to the site Communications and Employer Brand Head, you will be in charge of HR communications and employer brand projects. Fixed-Term for 18 months.

As a team key player, you will deal with Amadeus staff throughout the organisation and contribute significantly to relaying information through dedicated campaigns incoming on a range of channels: events, multimedia, written tools… HR topics will be your focus and explaining the pillars of the Employer Service's offer, a daily challenge.

Key Accountabilities

You will build and implement HR communications plans to ensure a common knowledge throughout the company & in line with corporate strategy. Employee engagement, loyalty and dedication of our people will be your drivers. Make our growing employer brand stronger to attract talents will be a key mission. Together with the Recruitment team, you will build and implement the relevant strategy to give Amadeus the best visibility on the appropriate audiences and channels. You will be accountable for promoting the HR services internally, as an offer to market. You will ensure the alignment with external audience (social media, local press and institutional relations, events…). You will be in charge of preparing & delivering Amadeus internal messages, presentations and key content for our internal customers. You will propose & enhance existing or new media and formats where and when needed (multimedia and video as much as possible). You will participate in optimising the HR intranet space, animating and coordinating the "pages owners' network. You will propose and implement projects, initiatives and programs to improve cross-departments communication. Education and experience

University degree (preferably business studies or marketing specialising in communication). Communication related experience mandatory: 3 years of seniority in a similar function. HR interest (experience in this field is an asset).

. Strong knowledge of the design channel and communication agencies processes
. Project management strong skills as well as comfort in multitasking.
. Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of presentation solutions
. Business maturity and professionalism shown in international context
. Advanced design skills (multimedia skills - illustrator and adobe basic usage is a plus)
. English fluent, mother tongue an asset
