Head of media Solution Europe

This role has responsibility to develop new Shopper activation solutions thru media, leveraging our unique assets: consumer data (+100M shoppers across Europe), strong relationships with most FMCJ (Nestlé, Danone, Procter and gamble) and leader retailers (Carrefour, Intermarché, Sainsbury, Leclerc….), owned personalized media channels (+700M transactions)

The head of solution ensure we provides to market the right, innovative solutions that meet our clients’ current/emerging needs; differentiates Catalina in the marketplace; and provides high and sustainable growth in order to meet the business unit‘s strategic and financial objectives.

In this role, you will identify big opportunities, and grow business to realize its full potential.

Expected output:

Build business solutions or manage building (when require other teams – Tech, Analytics…- to build it) bringing ideas to life trough rapid and deep engagement with customer and development team Define concept, business model, commercialization… Define road map, planning Validate/explain with sale teams + others involved Engage sales, analytic, and operation teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution. Support sales team in selling or designing solutions for their clients Act as expert to meet client: propose, get request, challenge, advise… Pre-sale solution to demonstrate/convince about the value of our solutions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing or related field. Consulting/product management experience Media/digital/CRM +10 years expérience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Possesses both a strategic mindset and the ability to be detail oriented with experience cultivating ideas into marketable products: must have the ability to effectively develop and execute against strategic plans. Demonstrates strong customer focus with the ability to produce results in a fast paced and fluid business environment with competing priorities. Broad functional experience and technical skills in areas of Media, CRM, digital, marketing, business and market development. Must work effectively with senior management and have a collaborative and partnership spirit with the heads of each sales unit. Has the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Can conduct problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level. Must have strong interpersonal skill, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals, including strong presentation and consulting skills.
