Position Overview

Reporting to a Group Manager of the Coty France Luxury Division and dotted line to the Sales Function, the Senior Trade Marketing Manager is responsible to define and coordinate a winning 4Ps strategies and in-store action plans to deliver profitable growth on its brand portfolio for the local market. The Senior Trade Marketing Manager works in strong collaboration with local marketing, the sales teams and the global trade marketing team to ensure perfect execution and winning plans in-store.



Build and pilot annual sales plans

Build and align annual sales plans and in-store priorities to deliver targets based on a perfect understanding of the in-store dynamics (Shoppers) and customer’s key business drivers (KBDs) Recommend and implement action plans to deliver our commitments Build opportunities plans to drive incremental business Pilot and optimize in-store budget respecting investments guidelines Analyze promotion performance and build action plans if needed Leverage key insight and past learnings on in-store fundamentals, promotions and SI/ SO strategies

Build and execute winning in-store plans

Define and execute 4Ps brand strategies per banner : Assortment/ Pricing and discount policies/ merchandising/ promotions (Priorities and supports) Define customer targets on initiatives and KCPs Build differentiation launch and support plans based on in depth customer understanding Track performance via scorecards on launches and KCPs Lead and coordinate execution in-store Forecast and order point of sales material including local items with local partners and manage allocation/ execution per promotion/ customer Manage incentive program and sales ladies allocation and budget on the defined brand portfolio Manage dedicated brand/ customer events

Engage, equip and energize

Equip customer teams with customized plans and concept sells Create retail toolboxes : Concept sell, leaflet, FAC… Day on the field and store checks to understand store dynamics Multifunctional collaboration

Build and share personal beauty expertise

Develop strong understanding of shopper and local market insights Train sales force on your brand: Workshop/ 1 Day on the field per quarter Attend to Beauty academy

Manage one in-store executive

Manage, coach, develop and assess performance
