In the last few years Ethypharm has been on an exciting journey to become a fully-fledged specialty pharmaceutical company operating a strategic transformation from a BtoB model to become a BtoC Group. Following a clear and successful Specialty strategy, Ethypharm is now accelerating its transformation by strengthening the Strategic Marketing Department.

In this framework, Ethypharm Group is recruiting a Strategic Marketing Manager Group.


Your Missions:
As a key member of the Strategic Marketing Department and reporting to the Strategic Marketing Director of the Group, you will be responsible for defining and implementing Strategic Plans for developing new business opportunities and supporting the Ethypharm's growth.

One of your first responsibilities will be to focus on the Pain Franchise in order to develop this strategic pillar for the Group.

More specifically, your main responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the Pain market over Europe Foster a strong partnership with European Pain experts Identify unmet needs and further opportunities of development (Pipeline & BD) Provide strategic recommendations in terms of development and define the implications for R&D and Business Development Elaborate the strategic launch plans of the pipeline Pain products with the affiliates Ensure effective communication and adherence to plans as well as alignment and cross-fertilization across the affiliates. Collaborate with BD and R&D teams in all activities related to evaluating new opportunities.
This position has a strong international dimension. You will work in a cross functional environment with many departments (Market Research, Medical, R&D, Business Development) and you will work closely with the marketing and commercial teams within the affiliates. Profil Professional profile
Background: Scientific training with a Marketing/strategic specialization. Experience: Justify at least 5 years of professional experience in a strategic, consulting, marketing or commercial environment
Personal Profile
You have demonstrated strong analytical and summarizing skills. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, as well as an excellent sense of contact.
You are fluent in English. The position is based in Saint Cloud
