Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, our Group Marketing Manager will play a key role in leading a group of Product Marketing Managers located across some of our production studios. This role will be a key pivot with the marketing group at large, ensuring best execution of Product Marketing responsibilities and sharing of best practices, while addressing higher level topics and launching ad hoc initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hire, train, manage and evaluate the performance of a group of Product Marketing Managers Act as a link between all teams within the Marketing group, including but not limited to platform relationships, local marketing, user acquisition, PR, etc… Come up with innovative, customer-driven marketing tactics to increase performance across the Product Marketing Group Set up objectives and define appropriate framework & processes to measure and improve the performance of our actions: ASO, featuring, partnership, marketing operations Identify best practices from any source and deploy them when/where relevant to support the work of our Product Marketing team Follow the performance of the team, and report it to management Help ensure smooth and efficient working relationships with 3rd party license owners
Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years in a marketing position, with at least 1 year managing a team Experience within the gaming industry or entertainment at large – good knowledge of the industry is a must-have Able to work with a large variety of stakeholders located in several countries Great communication skills, English is a must-have Proven ability to motivate and influence for a greater marketing impact – leadership is key to the success of this role
