EMEA Marketing Manager As part of the new Corporate Marketing and Communication organization, you will strongly contribute to the regional strategy definition to reposition the company, accelerate sales cycle and maximize growth potential.
Based in our European Headquarter in Meudon (France), you act as a strong partner for Business and plan / implement local programs that will create increased awareness, generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the new regional sales teams.
You will collaborate with Corporate marketing, Product marketing, Digital marketing and Creative services to select targets and determine tactical mix.
You will manage the recruitment of a Marketing Associate reporting directly to you to support you in your daily tasks.
Main duties and responsibilities: Works across the business units and corporate marketing to support multi-product go-to-market plans. Creates and activates integrated campaigns & local events that support regional sales teams’ goals. The PBUs provide the objectives and target audiences and collaborates on the outbound marketing strategy. Campaigns can include PR and social media, webinars, email, web content, web landing pages, SEO and ads. Ensure leads generated in the region from campaigns, events and web are qualified, nurtured and/or contacted by sales or channel partners (e.g. work with local lead qualification firm, localize call scripts, follow-up with sales to ensure follow-up of leads, ROI reporting). Work with digital marketing to create dashboards that measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length. Work with sales and digital marketing to develop process for channel partner lead follow-up. Localizes content for EMEA region - includes production and local web presence. Drives sales enablement production (e.g. copywriting, design, layout and production). Partners with sales to develop channel/distributor communications programs. Drive and manage regional PR in key territories. This may include crisis communications such a product issues.
Preferred skills and experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in a Corporate Marketing function of an international firm or as a Senior Consultant for a prestigious Communication agency. Business acumen, knowledge of Sales processes and marketing automation tools. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced transformation environment and matrix organization. Excellent multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Collaborative spirit that keeps others engaged and accountable while delivering results and on-time. A can-do attitude and a willingness to get into the details. Budget management skills. Fluent English is mandatory, good French skills are appreciated. #LI-LC1
