Role :
The WE Brand Manager for Kleenex is in charge of the brand short and mid-long term; looking for Facials category for WE and reporting to the WE Marketing manager.
Becoming the ambassador of brand’s consumer within WE through striving to deliver “the best” for consumer. The WE Brand Manager will manage the brand across WE region (Benelux, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria). This person will be tackling the below listed tasks related to the brand’s ambition in WE to become indisputable leader of category.
Main responsibilities
Build the “brand promise” in accordance with Global Brand Profile through marketing communication & product mix management in close collaboration with the WE manager Adopting successful programs, innovation developed by Global, EMEA and adapting for WE markets Develop & deploy Commercial Programs (integrated marketing communication campaigns) synchronized with commercial initiatives in close collaboration with the local activator Understanding brand essentials (equity) and adapting it into local market through adjustment of communication strategy considering local consumption habits & insights in close collaboration with the local team (CM, Go to market manager and local activator) Determining right mix of market/consumer/shopper research tools for building local consumer portrait and for deriving sound consumer insights/needs in close collaboration with the Local team Development of media mix (Commercial Program Design) in accordance with “message receptivity” level by consumer per each communication vehicle in close collaboration with the Local team Aligning, conveying and promoting the brand communication strategy within the organization Developing annual marketing initiative pipeline in line with brand development strategy & local commercial objectives Managing advertising/media/digital agency partners as a part of brand marketing team Managing the budget to deliver the brand’s financial targets.Desired mindset of candidate:
