We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Montpellier, France facility to participate in our on-going success as a financially sound, fast-growing, socially responsible company dedicated to Global Health.

As the Marketing Manager, you will participate in developing the operational marketing plan designed to improve the understanding within the medical / scientific community of the benefits of BEPO technology and long-acting injectibles. You will also develop external and internal communication tools and conduct medico-market analysis in order to prioritize MedinCell’s product investment opportunities. Your assignments will cover many therapeutic areas in various markets (US, Europe, RoW).

Responsibilities

Operational Marketing

External communication: Participate in developing the operational marketing plan and regular updates to the plan Research and propose events (congresses, conferences, seminars) to expand outreach to the medical / scientific community Determine most effective method to participate in selected events (stand, speaking, sponsorship) Work with selected medical / scientific consultants to represent MedinCell and present the advantages of BEPO technology and long-acting injectables Prepare written communication materials to improve the understanding of BEPO technology and long-acting injectables for use at events Investigate medical / scientific publications to communicate benefits of BEPO technology Identify authors for writing articles regarding long-acting injectables Internal communication: Determine methods to encourage employee knowledge of end-user impact of BEPO technology (newsletters, employee meetings, intranet) Identify speakers and organize talks for employees regarding therapeutic areas and the potential impact of BEPO technology on patient health

Strategic Marketing

Medico-marketing analysis: Conduct research using information from market research agencies, internal market research databases, and scientific bibliography regarding APIs proposed for use with BEPO technology Analyse data for Business Development for potential and existing development partners, and for internal product decisions Prepare reports outlining opportunities and recommendations

Requirements

1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing in a pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology company Scientific degree (e.g. PharmD, Masters in pharmaceutical science, Biotechnology engineer) and / or MBA Experience in international and multidisciplinary teams

Communication

Fluency in oral and written English Demonstrated ability and conceptual knowledge to produce high quality written documents that effectively communicate in a clear, organized and concise manner

Soft skills

Effective functioning in a rapidly changing environment and adherence to the values, principles and mission of the company Ability to deal effectively with demanding and stressful situations Proficiency in self-learning new skills, tools and software Desire to solve complex problems Consistency, precision, perseverance, listening skills Openness and ability to adapt to changing situations Strong team spirit and open sharing of all the information necessary to successfully achieve overall work goals Desire to continuously improve and progress Strong work ethic
