Description:

In this role, you will lead an Account Marketing team dedicated to developing and implementing Nike’s brand initiatives and category brand drivers through consumer experience programs for the Nike consumers at Go Sport.
You will:
Lead Nike's marketing vision and partnership with Go Sport account to create consumer connection, build the Nike brand and develop the business. Focus on creating and executing holistic, fully integrated brand marketing plans for Go Sport, focusing on Nike Women, Running, Football and Training and product offence considering Sports Performance angles Drive internal and external alignment and continually strive to improve our impact with consumers. Develop deep relationships with Go Sport account’s marketing and buying teams to better understand the consumer and business, to create new opportunities and align on collective vision. Develop consumer centric account long term and seasonal cross functional brand plans that connect with account’s Nike consumers and create a distinctive brand voice for the account. Own bringing brand vision to life across all account platforms focused and led by digital executions to attract consumers and digital integration into retail environments to complement traditional retail story telling. Partner with key functional teams (Category Brand, Product Education, Visual Merchandiser, Entertainment Marketing, Sports Marketing ) to bring the account vision to life across all retail platforms. Push Innovation and drive Nike’s digital first mindset bringing fresh new brand ideas on how to better connect and communicate with our consumers. Educate and Inspire the account and brand team to think creatively and push new boundaries for the brand and the account. Actively participate seasonal sales meetings, and in-territory brand and functional meetings to lead the Consumer code process for the account and to ensure you deliver a strong account point of view while supporting overall strategies. Manage the annual marketing budget for the account and ensure accuracy and discipline in monthly and quarterly budget management process.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications or another relevant field At least 5 years of relevant work experience within retail marketing including digital with record of building relationships with retailers and other external partners E-commerce experience is a must Experience in managing a complex matrix virtually Fluency in English and written and verbal, French is a plus
Other requirements:

Leverage the Science to inform the Art of brand story telling. Financial acumen: Budget, planning and financial management Digital capability: Minimum 4 years of Digital Marketing background, industry leading digital knowledge, and understanding to leverage the digital space Consumer Centric Mindset: Obsess and Serve the consumer Always. Dedicate time and resources to staying current with our consumer and be clear on what matters to them so Nike can deliver Creative thinker: Demonstrate creative thinking. Offering fresh stand-out ideas that challenge the norm. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key account, internal partners, agencies, athletes and influencers that drive deep insights and collaboration. Communication and presentation skills: Strong ability to effectively communicate with people across all different levels, internally and externally. Be able to present strategically to senior management teams. Ability to communicate and negotiate with outside vendors and project management firms. Team management: Must be tactful with strong team orientation. Ability to lead a team and develop junior team members through utilizing influencing, negotiating, coaching and supporting skills. Strong organization skills: Ability to prioritize and organize workload in response to often aggressive timelines. Knowledge of the market and ability to create structure into market place. Strong Personal Standards: We must execute flawlessly. Everyday – The consumer demands it. Retail Knowledge: Minimum 4 years of retail or like experience to bring deep retail insights to inform the work and stay current on how retail is evolving to better serve. Strong knowledge and experience of French Youth and consumers sport market is a must
