SEFPRO searches an "International Market Manager", who will take over responsibility for one of the three main global glass markets. After a learning phase, a deep understanding of this market and the different customers will enable the Market Manager to provide and develop solutions for our clients.

He/she will have knowledge about industry trends and pricing as well as for technical trends in the various global regions. Customer proximity -obtained by regular visits and contacts- will fuel new ideas on services that SEFPRO could provide. Tight networking with colleagues from Marketing, R&D and Sales will complete his/her insights into that Market. The Market Manager will be able to propose to the management of SEFPRO new strategies that are in line with the global mission of SEFPRO: to maintain and grow the role as the global leader in refractories for glass industry.

Our customers are the global glass producers in the world. We are serving them as a premium supplier with one of the most important assets in their melting furnaces: the refractories. Those products have to be of highest quality, providing many years of lifetime of the client`s furnaces. Customers are individually served, based on their project needs. Our strong footprint in this industry requires us to grow our international Marketing Team in our headquarters. A really exciting time to join!

Description du profil

Knowledge, skills and experience required :

Materials engineering, General engineering graduate or business school graduatePreferably a previous experience of some years in industrial ceramics or in glass making or in industrial furnace design or in sales / marketingFast understanding of complex technical situations and the ability to communicate them in easy wordsAbility to focus on the customerUnderstanding of global markets, their trends and their driversAbility to communicate easy and to build and maintain good relationships with global customersCulturally interested with a high motivation to travel internationalStrong team player, having appreciation to work in matrix systemsFluent in englishCommitted and able to work autonomously on a projectEntrepreneurial mindset and curiosity to go new waysCustomer centricity, service orientation as a driver of innovation

Contract : Permanent contract / Full time

Localization : SEPR - Le Pontet (84) near Avignon (France)

Business travel : from 40% of time
