Aim of the job: Within Thélios organization and in alignment with the Maison, in charge of the definition and deployment of eyewear product and marketing strategy.
Product Collections Management
To establish product strategy based on Maison global strategy and objectives
Together with the Maison, to define product briefings for the design team based on Maison product strategy and objectives, market and sales analysis, pricing and cost targets, n° of novelties and carry overs, sun / optical mix, materials mix
To monitor the product development process in order to grant the respect of in time collections approvals and marginality objectives
To grant product consistency and efficiency for all markets and all channels
To feed the creation with constant research of new ideas in term of new materials, technologies, colors, product functionalities.
Marketing Management
To define annual marketing and communication plan based on Maison strategy
To manage annual plan assigning the resources and investments to the different activities by region in order to meet sales objectives
Together with the Maison, to brief all internal and external departments for PR activities, advertising shootings, digital assets, media plans, Visual Merchandising tools ..
To liaise with commercial direction to define and deploy VM strategy per channel / point of sale
To liaise with Customer Experience Manager to define and deploy CRM strategy consistently with Maison and eyewear objectives
To manage a Trade Marketing Manager
To liaise with Customer Experience Manager to define and deploy CRM strategy consistently with Maison and eyewear objectives
Sales Support
Together with Customer Experience Manager , to develop and deploy training tools and collections presentations for Clients and Brand Ambassadors
To present collections and marketing initiatives to key clients and Brand Ambassadors
Together with commercial direction to define core assortments per channel, customer segment and region
Together with the finance team, to assure monthly reporting on sales, product performances and marketing budget follow up
Market monitoring
To monitor and analyze the global eyewear market to define trends and opportunities of growth
To monitor the luxury industry to find inputs and possibilities for the eyewear category, i.e. new materials, new VM, new distribution opportunities
PROFIL
Master degree, Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar function
Very strong product and luxe sensibility
Pioneering spirit, open minded, curious, Team player
International profile, proactive , versatile, diplomatic
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Excellent analytical skills
Energized by an entrepreneurial environment
Results oriented and able to work on tight deadlines
Fluent in English and French. Italian as a real plus.
Report to Thélios Chief Brand Officer
Role based in Paris with frequent travel to Longarone in Italy and markets visits
