Urban is an on-demand wellness company, that currently offers massage and osteopathy at home in London and Paris. Over the next few months, we are also launching skincare and fitness services.

This is an full time role in the Paris office, focusing on a diverse range of initiatives to understand what influences user behaviour and demand growth at Urban. The ideal person will accelerate our growth in Paris through driving awareness of our multiple categories to our target market.

Responsibilities

Spread the word! Increase our awareness and consideration levels in Paris. Acquire new users. Get to know our user base, their demographics and their characteristic, and what influences their buying behaviour. Understand the wider market trends within the verticals in which we operate. Support the Global Marketing team by providing insights to improve marketing performance in Paris. Engage possible partnerships to drive revenues in Paris. Responsible for PR in Paris. Responsible for organising and driving offline activities in Paris. Work with central team to optimise digital ads in Paris.

Requirements

At least one year of work experience in a marketing field, and two years of work experience in all fields. Incredibly creative at coming up with good ideas to tell our story. Pro-active - this is a role which require the motivation to drive your own day-to-day activities. A collaborator who will happily support the rest of the French operation from time-to-time for the good of the business. Passionate about building young businesses. Hands-on - we are looking for someone who can set the tactics and execute. You will have one intern reporting into you. Great communicator and strong articulation skills. Confident grasp of English and French Language. Masters Degree
