About this opportunity:

Do you want to join an international team in Paris within an innovative fast-paces medical device company? Grab your chance and make good use of your customer relation skills and affinity with medical devices!

In this role, you will…

Take care of the day-to-day running of our office in Paris. You will be responsible for keeping facilities’ optimal conditions and supply, conducting travel arrangements, owning emergency response team and over all general supporting. Ensure payment of utility bills Research vendors for pricing and delivery options Review and approve office supply acquisitions Organize meeting rooms and equipment Organize dinners or any other events required Organize appointments and meetings
Support management with their travel requirements Coordinate with finance regarding travel expenses and approvals Coordinate the emergency response team Organize and set up safety procedures (emergency plan)

In this role, you’ll need:

3-6 years administrative experience in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently and with high degree of self-checking and direction Excellent communication skills both written and oral (in English and French High level of time management skills and a team player Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time Ability to plan and prioritize Experience with Microsoft package : Outlook, Power Point, Office 356, Excel.
