Based in our EMEA Client Services Center in the west of Paris, the Training Manager is in charge of training and coaching the Client Service Center (CSC) Teams on the Dior selling ceremony and product to support the achievement of commercial goals as well as on the dedicated tools of the CSC.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Partner with HQ to implement training programs according to HQ guidelines & global + local CSC strategy focused on brand culture, product knowledge, and selling ceremony.
- Develop, implement and revise training and education initiatives including working with teams' leaders to identify areas of opportunity.
- Analyze quality assurance results with the operations manager to define the effective training path for each staff member to achieve department targets.
- Design performance training reports that can lead to actionable improvements in operations and staff performance.
- Support in the development of corporate training and quality initiatives and project.
- Responsible for the implementation of all the courses path.
- Oversee orientation for new employees at all levels of the CSC.
- Strategize with the DIOR Academy, HQ, & Training Director, to revise or create new training programs based on business needs.
- Suggest and enhance new training techniques based on business needs.
- Provide additional professional development opportunities and resources to the CSC team.
Profil
REQUIREMENTS
- Education and experience :.
- Master's Degree in related field, MBA a plus.
- 5-10 Years of Training experience, preferably in a Client Service Center or retail environment.
- Passionate about fashion and the luxury business; avid follower of industry news.
- Languages.
- Fluent in English : outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal (C2).
- Hard Skills :.
- Strong computer skills with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs in a variety of areas.
- Soft skills & motivation :.
- Strong communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate material and provide instruction to others.
- Ability to evaluate existing training programs and adapt content as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
- Strong presentation and organization skills.
