At Concord you will:

Keep the office organized including the kitchen, collaboration spaces and restrooms
-
Organization and distribution of office supplies, snacks, IT equipment, etc.

Manage the distribution of mail and packages
-
Provide administrative support to our organization; be the "go to" person
-
Order meals/catering for events, meetings, and interviews
-
Provide exemplary customer service to guests, visitors and team members
-
Be the face of the Concord's Paris Office; be proactive in maintaining office appearance, bring energy and excitement to the team and take initiative in managing projects

Work effectively with building management, driving issues to resolution

Partner with the talent enablement manager to play an active role in new hire set up, preparation and on-boarding

Troubleshoot common IT issues

Assist with booking travel for Concord team members when traveling to other locations

Provide support and coordination for all Paris office events

Provide support for special projects as they come up

About you:
-
You have a minimum of 2+ years of reception and customer service experience
-
Must be fluent in English & French (oral and written)

Driven by a service oriented mind-set in a highly collaborative environment

You are an organized, confident, self-aware and a self-starter
-
You have strong communication & interpersonal skills

You are able to work independently and self-manage your workload

You are a team player, adaptable individual

You are very flexible and welcome challenges and change
