To support its ambitious international growth, DataDome is looking for an Office Manager to reinforce its corporate department

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily life at DataDome missions :
Answer the phone and welcome our guests Manage mails reception and deliveries Order diverse items needed by the team (stationary, IT material, coffee, snacks, fruits, aperitifs...) Happiness – Events missions

You participate to create and organize events helping build a strong team spirit

Weekly breakfast Monthly thematic aperitif Birthdays Sport events And any suggestion is welcome !

Happiness missions – Employees and premises

Onboarding : set up IT material for new joiners, building accesses, working station etc… Building : as the teams are getting bigger, you'll need to ensure the space is well organized and used, and anticipate the space needs in relation to recruitments. You'll also take care of the office embellishment and purchase any equipment needed Logistics on fairs and events

Fairs : you'll manage our teams travels and accommodation during commercial fairs in France or abroad and coordinate logistics related to those events Communication : you'll manage stocks, purchases, and logistics for marketing materials needed on events and fairs

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree or equivalent English is a must Key skills include:
First experience as a junior office manager or junior executive assistant Knowledge of Google suit and office pack Comfortable with computers in general Great ability to adapt in a fast paced and changing environment What we offer if you join our dream team :
