Office Manager - M/F

Diabeloop’s mission is to make technological disruptive innovations accessible to people with Type 1
diabetes. To fulfill this commitment we work everyday with families and patients to co-build projects with
real-life positive impact.

Born, in 2015, out of a medical research project, our company gathers the talents of 60 team members, in
Grenoble, where the headquarters are located, and Paris.

Our first product, the DBLG1 System, is an external medical device embedding artificial intelligence to
automate insulin delivery. After receiving CE marking in November 2018, we are now focusing on a
progressive commercial roll-out in Europe.

In order to support this strategy and the ever growing interest around Diabeloop and its solutions we are
looking for an Office Manager (M/F).



MAIN TASKS:

You will support the different departments for administrative activities: such as office supplies,

general services, accomodation…

You will be in charge of all logistic aspects
You will ensure appropriate diffusion of information to Diabeloop’s team
You will manage access(es) to Diabeloop’s offices for all employees and visitors
You can take part in organizing events
You will be in charge of the orders follow-up: fill in the order forms, track the acknowledgements of receipt...

YOUR PROFILE:

You have a significant experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
You have a strong sense of service
You are well organized and able to determine priorities
You are multitasking
You have a strong capacity to adapt to continue changes in a growing company

You are autonomous, you like taking initiatives and working in team ; you have a strong capacity to

solve and get around problem after problem

You are force of proposal, with a good spirit of initiative
You are fluent in French, English; and basics in German or any other European language will be appreciated

You are familiar with IT tools, and proficient with G suite
