See to that the office is tidy and representable at all timesEnsure all office maintenance is up to speed (lightning, heating, leaks, printers, coffee machines, etc.)First contact point with the maintenance of the buildingManage office supplies / phone lines / taxisWelcome visitors and take care of them according to Reception guidelineCreate the Purchase Order linked the office´s activityCollect data for the annual Carbon FootprintBooking reservation (hotel, flights) for employees, consultants or candidatesOrder shipment of deliveriesEvent planning for inhouse events as well as external eventContract Negotiation related to office´s activity
What do you need to apply? Relevant experience as an Office manager/Personal Assistant with a can do attitude with minimum 3 years of experience
Education : equivalent to A-Level + 3 years (Bac+3 years of education) Excellent interpersonal skills
High organised and efficient and excellent attention to detail
Ability to work pro-actively and multi-task to tight deadlines
Work to your own initiative and without close supervision
A creative, passionate and independent with the drive to succeed
