Purpose
The EEKA (European E-Commerce Key Account) Demand Planner is responsible to manage Demand planning process for EEKA customer spread over 8 European markets and 4 European plants. The objective of the job is to:
Provide an accurate demand plan to secure customer product availability and support business growth
Ensure a solid customer service by coordinating customer, market unit and plants supply chain
Lead the periodic Demand Management Review
Support and enforce regional DP processes and guidelines.
The ideal candidate must be able to adapt to high growth and dynamic market requirements.
Responsabilities
1. Demand Planning
Develop and maintain a reliable sell-in demand plan for EEKA customer over a rolling 24 month horizon
Adapt forecast models (at SKU level for top SKUs) periodically to reflect current market trend
Ensure data quality – Correct SKU code for each market from correct supply location
Perform ongoing analysis of demand variability, assess risk and take corrective action to close gaps
Evaluate and anticipate exceptional events which can impact the supply chain and manage them accordingly in the Demand Plan
Secure the execution of all Promotions and new product deployment plan in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders: Activity Manager, Marketing, Sales, and Finance
Follow up on quality indicators (SFA/BIAS), identify deviation root causes and implement corrective/preventive action in case of non-conformity.
Custodian of the European demand planning process and ensure on-time data submission
Capture Sell-Out insights data, analyse trends, share opportunities and risks
2. Supply Chain Coordination
Align and coordinate with all stakeholders (logistic partners in 8 European markets, 4 European plants & Regional Demand/Supply planning) to ensure best execution of weekly Supply plan and Promotion plan
Coordinate with customer on their network inventory strategy and develop ways of working to update sell-in demand plan accordingly
Represent EEKA customer and escalate to the Regional Supply Chain: highlight issues, communicate deviation, drive consensus meeting to secure market supply
Represent and support the Supply Chain within EEKA management team: ensure supply constraints and “planning golden rules” are known and executed (ex. Provide visibility on extra requirement, acceptable demand change on the short term, etc.)
Identify and drive potential Customer Service indicators improvement (ex. Case fill rate)
3. S&OP Process
Facilitate and lead periodic Demand Management Review meetings for EEKA to identify: required changes in the demand plan, capture significant business events, changes in product / marketing plans
Build deck to share Demand Assumptions and Risks/Opportunities captured during meetings and Ensure Volume growth is aligned with Value growth (NTO)
4. Support & Contribute to Regional Demand Planning Process & Systems
Support the good functioning of the Demand Planning process via FuturMaster (RC forecasting software)
Ensure good execution of Regional DP Continuous Improvement plan and systems update to EEKA perimeter
Participate actively to “period end” processes
Contribute to improve existing process efficiencies and system functionalities

Profile
Education & Professional Qualification: Master’s degree (or equivalent)
Fluent in spoken and written English and advanced French speaker
Excel advance user, familiar with information systems
knowledge of one of the following areas is a must : Supply Chain, Sales, E-commerce, Finance
Knowledge of FuturMaster a plus
Level of experience: 3 to 5 years in FMCG (E-com would be a high preference)
