CRM Data Consultant


A data savvy, technology rooted and relevancy focused strategic thinker, you will also act as our practice lead into the larger Media.Monks eco-system leveraging the best strategic thinking across all digital marketing to enable our clients to plan, launch and optimize their ability to engage their customers in relevant and meaningful marketing experiences.


Responsibilities



Support new business Growth and existing Account teams through fostering, developing and maintaining relationships with customers on enterprise clients
Offer strategic architectural insight and consultation for a clients’ holistic digital advertising strategy.
Deliver strategic planning initiatives including customer engagement mapping, marketing communications roadmaps, martech ecosystem audits, content audit and strategy, and customer journey design
Facilitating brainstorm sessions with client to develop innovative, impactful ideas for amplifying key initiative; develop best ideas into actionable plans
Further develop the strategic services offering within the company and increase strategic services revenue;
Keep up with the evolving platform needs of clients and understand the most up to date Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer 360 offerings including, but not limited to: Marketing Cloud, Datorama, CDP, DMP, Interaction Studio and others;
A strategic and creative thinker – always focusing on innovative, but measurable client solutions
Act as the strategy services bureau within the company, working with Account team to enable Salesforce powered strategic services to their account base
Interacting with team resources across multiple functional groups
Forecast activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied clients that can be referenced in future sales cycles

Requirements



5+ years of digital marketing strategy experience within marketing organizations or similar business applications
A track record of success with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, CDP and other MarTech applications
Experience identifying unique and complex marketing/business challenges and solutions
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and with limited direction about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
Have a foundational knowledge of a variety of marketing channels including: email, digital media, SMS, mobile, social and search
Experience supporting diverse sets of digital marketing programs mapping back to larger strategy and achieving key objectives
Ability to manage client facing conversations to deliver positive business outcomes
Must be able to work independently with high degree of initiative and ability to multi-task
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in a Marketing or Professional Services organization
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Passion and commitment for customer success
Reasonable technical solution aptitude
Strong time management skills
Experience working with clients investing in Marketing software (Cloud/SaaS/On-demand/on premise)
