SINGULART http://www.singulart.com was launched in August 2017 after a first-seed fundraising round of € 1.1 million and 1.5 million € in January 2019, armed with a mission to empower artists and break national boundaries across the art market. Our day-to-day work consists of the promotion of talented artists from various countries (120 nationalities so far), to help them sell their works to international collectors.

Exciting times!Three years after its launch, Singulart is the largest online art gallery in Europe. It connects selected artists from 110 countries with international collectors. Singulart’s team reflects this diversity with more than 60 members from 21 nationalities and various backgrounds. Your mission as an Office Manager is to support team members in order for them to feel at their best in their working environment and with their peers.
The office is not only the place where the community of team members works, it’s everywhere where our employees are working, meeting, gathering. Your mission is to strengthen the culture at Singulart and make the community of peers stronger.
The office manager will be an integral part of the HR team of 3 people as supervizing the onboarding of new employees and the life at the office.
Part of your responsibilities will include:
Manage the Happyness budget with the HR Manager Suggest ideas, gather feedback from colleagues on what to improve in priority in the office and implement projects in the office Taking care of the supplies at office life: coffee, pens, furniture… Manage relations with suppliers (coffee, fruits, meals, water, cleaning, etc.) Onboarding of newcomers from A to Z (management of headsets, mouse, PC, bag, badge, office discovery) Organization of events at the office (at least one big event a month) Supervizing the organization of our weekly rituals: the breakfast for thought, coffee talk every week.La confiance est une ressource vitale pour naviguer dans l’ère VUCA : Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous.
