The Role
As a Consultant for Veeva’s CRM product, you will participate and lead business process due diligence, design, creation, and documentation of end-user requirements for new and/or existing customer application implementation projects with pharma and medical devices organizations. The selected candidate will assist in the on-time, high-quality delivery of Veeva Systems solution implementations built on the salesforce.com platform.
The ability to travel domestically and abroad is required. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and would be nice to speak German or French on top.
Project management, monitoring, and tracking project status, budget, and milestones
OR Functional analysis, analyzing business process, documenting customer requirements and designing functional and technical solutions, technical analysis and advanced configuration of salesforce.com platform and Veeva application
OR Solution Architect and Technical analyst and advanced configuration of salesforce.com platform and Veeva application, mapping business requirements to Veeva application, process, and industry best practice consulting.
Lead on client meetings, provide subject matter expertise on the Veeva Systems applications and Salesforce.com platform, including technical design.
Collaborate with internal teams at Veeva on a project by project basis
Collaborate on internal initiatives
Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
Demonstrated years of Consulting Experience (ideally in a Technology company)
Proven Salesforce.com experiences in solution design and build in complex implementations, including coordination of multiple work streams and resources
Proven Salesforce.com knowledge
CRM System Knowledge (preferred SFDC / Salesforce.com)
Proficient with MS Office package
Strong presentation skills and experience are essential
Interest in technology and innovations
Willingness to travel (can vary over time but up to 50% average)
Fluent in English mandatory
Fluent in at least one of the following languages: German or French
Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry
Experience in Multichannel Marketing
