Description
The Community Managerhas exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should BE passionate about people with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately, the Community Managershould BE able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

As a Community Manager, your responsibilities include :
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Liaise with Digital and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.
- Collaborate with fellow Allurions and various departments successfully.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

What we are looking for in you :
- 3-5 years in Social Media and Brand Management.
- Advanced level written skills in Arabic and English.
- Effective experience in Social Media Management.
- Previous international working experience is an advantage.
- Able to resolve a unexpected social media crisis.
- Creative and eager to innovate !.
- Self-motivated, with an ability and interest to work in a fast-growing company and constantly changing environment.
- Perfect level in spelling and grammar.
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable execution.
- Team player with a good sense of humor.
- Hybrid work environment, able to commute in our Paris office 2 days per week.
