Within the Corporate Talent & Learning team, the Danone Academy global team is looking for a Global Learning Community Manager to ensure the proper work of all our digital learning solutions that does require more and more animation, management, monitoring and advertisement.


ABOUT THE JOB


1/ Ensure the proper animation of the Danone Academy's digital learning platform - CAMPUS X
Ensure the communication and moderation on all the channels available in CAMPUS X Initiate and activate communication campaign in order to support the entire Danone Academy team to engage Danoners to CAMPUS X Track, analyse & propose enhancement actions regarding the Danoners' usage of CAMPUS X Work closely with the Head of Digital Learning and Learning manager to create proper communication plan and activation plan on our digital channel to reach our different audiences that are local learning manager and Danoners.
2/ Content Monitoring
Manage our newly platform CAMPUS X EdCast o Global channel management to ensure that we have always update and world class content, to community support to ensure proper adoption of the platform.
o Support end-user community in the tool
o Content curation of specific topic aligned with the Danone Academy team needs.
Activate global and local learning manager to ensure content curation on their respective topic. Source new type of content, and provider aligned with Danoners needs and Danone needs. Provide best practices and use cases regarding usage of the new learning digital tools.
3/ Monitoring and reporting on our digital solution
Manage all digital learning solutions including CAMPUS X EdCast, CAMPUS X Cornerstone, Campus X EasyGenerator, Coursera, Cross Knowledge, GetAbstract form end user support in conjunction with IS IT HR support Ensure proper reporting of these solutions: o Make sure all data flows to our man HR database system for proper global reporting.
o Monthly dashboard creation.

4/ Activation and support Danone Academy Learning Manager Community.
Propose and implement actions to ensure smooth information follow among the Danone Academy Learning Manager community (global and regions), including animation of the Facebook community, monthly webinar to present new features available of all our solution & best practices. Support Learning community with the proper use of our solutions aligned with Danone standards.

ABOUT YOU

You have a Master's degree in communication or journalism, marketing, internet or social media and at least 3 years of experience. A previous community manager position in marketing, communication or human resources area is required.

You are able to
understand business-driven needs and their link to strategic business objectives manage (wing-to-wing) learning projects network and federate project members through motivation and enthusiasm (leading by influence, not by hierarchy) challenge a project team/scope in a constructive way

You are well known for your Agility, entrepreneurship, curiosity, autonomy, proactivity, positive attitude, collaborative & innovative mindset.
You need to be fluent in English


Desired Qualifications
Excellent writing skills with good communication skills. Mastery of all the Adobe Create suite including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign with a strong skill in visual creation. Video shoot and authoring skill to build short movies. Basic internet skills such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS, Mastery of the Office 365 suite with a focus on Excel. Deep knowledge of social networks, its usages, countries specificities, .... Data driven mindset Strong interest in UI design and User Experience, in learning and cognitive sciences. Digital fluency and ease with digital learning platforms Love to learn new things.
