The Global Digital Transformation Team is looking for a Social and Community Manager Global in Paris (global headquarter).
Context :
Mission of the digital powerhouse team is Enable Danone brands to become life-time partners for people to create healthier lives through Digital journey experiences & services.
Missions :
Your main responsibilities will BE as follows :
- Define strategy to deliver business contribution through social media in both influencer and earned media globally.
- Lead community management for social media in global scale by collaborating with other global cross functions to build engagement with consumers.
- Collect best practice from local markets across the world and share them to leverage the impact of the social media activation in global scale.
- Track social media performance and develop social media strategy based on the analysis of performance tracking data.
- Further investigate the growth opportunity for social media to stretch the impact on business with local markets.
About you
Must have :
- Experience of social media management for marketing in a consumer goods or consumer services environment.
- Strong experience in community management including consumer voice and careline for social media in global level.
- Robust strategy development capability with deployment in end to end.
- Create relationship with local markets to support building their social media management model.
- Proven track record of drive business through social media data analysis.
- Flexibility and agility to work with cross functions such as Legal, Consumer voice, Media, Brand, Martech, IT, etc.
- Fluent writing/speaking in English and motivated to work with people in a multinational background.
Nice to have :
- Experience of managing consumer voice and careline with a professional tool such as Saleforce, Sprinklr, etc.
- Experience of using various kind of social media management tool.
