Communication Officer/Community Manager
A Business Support IT role
Position based in Saint Ouen (93)
As part of our development, we are looking for our Community Manager to:
Develop and deploy the social media strategy to grow ENGIE IT's presence and visibility on social media
Write and share value-added content to promote ENGIE IT's activities
Help define and manage the editorial strategy
Contribute to the activity and development of communities within ENGIE IT (Experts, etc.)
To support operational teams, manage the internal and external communication plan (publication schedule, event calendar, etc.)
Make use of internal (intranet, internal social network, digital signage, etc.) and external (social networks, etc.) communication tools
Write and publish our announcements and measure the performance of our communication activities (reporting)
Plan and organise internal communication events
Monitor social media and the company's e-reputation
Design or perform activities, communication tools (leaflet, posters, etc.), ensuring that they are consistent with the graphic charter of GBS (Global Business Support) and the Group
Help manage the network of partners and service providers
Supervise events organised by the company as part of its communication activities (trade fairs, seminars, etc.).
HR Communication
Get employees on board with ENGIE IT's identity, values and current events
Help roll out the ENGIE IT Employer Brand

Required skills:
Excellent writing skills
Fluency in English is essential
