The Group Learning Community Manager will be responsible for creating, sharing and animating Learning practices and initiatives throughout AXA’s global learner community.
1) Increase learners engagement (ie: YesLearning and other channels/initiatives …) in AXA Worldwide
2) Federate L&D teams as a community and other stakeholders (i.e.: employees, managers, GLN…). Building an engaged community in which all learning experts can learn from one another is critical to further ensure we better leverage on our learning initiatives.
3) Support the Group Learning Team to coordinate projects with several key stakeholders (Group HR teams, heads of L&D, Communication dpt, external providers…);
Key accountabilities and major related actions
General
Contribute and implement engagement plan to provide more visibility to Learning initiatives and ensure adoption of learning proposal.
Support innovative and disruptive initiatives to promote Learning across the Group.
Contribute to increase the engagement of the Learners, driven by data.
Facilitate the L&D Community worldwide to encourage sharing of best practices and information.
Learning Community Management
Work hand in hand with the Head of Learner Engagement to ensure engagement topics are well promoted across the Group.
Create, drive and engage Group L&D community ( online community on Yes Learning, newsletters, and other innovative channels to be leveraged)
Ensure project management of learner engagement initiatives (Learning Week; other campaigns to be defined…)
Works behind the scenes to ensure multiple stakeholder engagement.
Works with HR Group, Group Communication and other department to coordinate communication around Group Learning initiatives as appropriate across the organization’s other digital channels (including external).
Promotes usage of new platforms and tools within Group Learning Team and L&D teams.
Networks with community members to identify Community/Learning Ambassadors
Monitors discussions, responds in a timely fashion where appropriate (or ensures relevant responders are “nudged” to respond)
Maintains and updates stakeholder/members/participants lists
Contributes to the visibility of Learning initiatives at the Group level.
Innovation
Supports market watch to identify and evangelise disruptive learning practices.
Data
Pilots data extraction, consolidation (as well as customer surveys to collect employee feedback/insights on learning initiatives) in coordination with local Head of L&D and other stakeholders.
Monitors data extraction to run ad-hoc analysis
Monitor
Monitors and measures the impact of engagement initiatives and provides regular reports
Defines KPIs and produces quarterly dashboards to measure progress (YesLearning adoption, adoption of initiatives, programs, etc )
Manages the Learner Engagement Cockpit
Candidate profile
Proven experience in a digital marketing & data and project management
A passion for Learning, and achieving ambitious goals to bring high-quality content to learners
around the world
Experience in digital environments
Accustomed to working with modern digital tools and platforms (in addition to fluency with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint)
Soft skills:
Customer centric mindset, solution oriented and proactive
Excellent project management skills and result oriented (a doer is a must)
Ability to manage & federate different stakeholders
Hunger to learn, step out of comfort zone, growth mindset
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail (without losing the big picture)
Strong team player, able to work autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English is a must (spoken and written)
