What's the role?


Onboard and enable local and regional social media managers to use our technology landscape in the area of social listening, social media marketing and competitive benchmarking. Develop and improve the technology and process landscape together with the local and regional social media community, as well as with your IT development team. Manage our different external vendors for the software solutions. Monitor & analyse social media performance to derive clear insights and recommendations for the markets (e.g., engagement, trending posts, high performing content, etc.). Develop and maintain global platform guidelines (community management, tone of voice, editorial guidance, etc.). Collaborate with the different social media program managers to define and/or refine program blueprint from an analytical and operational point of view.

What does the role involve?

The Strategic Marketing team, at our two locations in Boulogne-Billancourt, France and Texas, USA,consists of 130+ team members in 15+ scrum teams working with the newest technologies to create a unique user experience for Hilti’s extraordinary products and services.

What you need is:



4+ years professional digital marketing experience in the area of social media
University degree the field of business, marketing, and/or digital marketing
Strong analytical skills in order to analyse data (social media performance) and recommend actions
Meticulous personality able to analyse, detail out and improve operational processes
A proactive and self-reliant personality, critical thinking, pragmatic, and superb project management skills – preferably scrum certified
Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills and a determination to build bridges between the physical and digital marketing & sales world
Very good professional communication skills in verbal and written English for business interactions – additional languages are a plus
