Our community manager will serve as the voice of our company and its ecosystem of business units. You will be responsible for managing and handling communications in both directions. You will be involved in various activities such as communications, PR, social media, promotional events, and content creation.

As our storyteller you will set the tone of our multiple brands in direct collaboration with the Marketing Director. You will plan, build and write attention-grabbing content for a variety of marketing purposes.
You will be based in our offices in Paris / La Defense and you will work side by side with all the business units of the group under our CMO.

Your mission:
Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts Monitor, track and report on feedback and benchmark competition Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness Coordinate with all business units and teams Liaise with Development and Sales departments Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends Ability to setup and manage a virtual team of energetic freelance writers/designers to assist you in your daily tasks. Analyze key metrics and performance of content & campaigns and compile reports for managementProfil
2-3 years of experience in social media/content marketing/journalism within an agency or in-house environment. Fluent in English and French. Proven copywriting/editorial skills is a must. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and tools including LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram and Twitter. Proactive with creative ideas to inspire customer adoption and loyalty Up to date with the latest trends and updates within the digital marketing industry. Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO best practices and WordPress is ideal Ability to work with limited resources on multiple tasks with tight deadlines. Highly motivated, energetic, and proactive with a strive for results. Strong team orientation and collaboration skills. Great attention to every detail, every word. Analytically driven in order to produce reports using measurement/listening tools and continually finds ways to improve on metrics through new initiatives and tacticsBonus Skills
