Customer Community Manager


Ivalua is a leading provider of cloud-based procurement solutions globally


We are looking for a Customer Community Manager passionate about digital engagement opportunities to join our team and own all organic social media activity.

Location: Our office in Massy, France


Contribute to developing and protecting Ivalua’s corporate brand equity:

Community building and engagement
Issues/crisis monitoring

Key focus areas include:

Growing relevant followers based on corporate persona communities
Boost our engagement metrics and drive conversion
Drive employee advocacy activity (via our social selling club)
Identify and leverage opportunities with third parties and influencers
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Online issues-monitoring and crisis management

The role requires strong writing and communications skills, social media and public relations experience
Support the recruitment marketing activity to generate a qualified candidate pipeline via social media


If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you

Skills and Experience

Experience building and managing online communities
Fluency in English and French, verbally and in writing (Required)
Collaborative personality, comfortable engaging customers of all seniority levels and working with company leadership and different functions
Comfort working in an unstructured environment as this is a new role that will need to be established
Quick learner, able to learn the terms and issues of our Spend Management software industry to understand community conversations and react appropriately
Experience in Spend Management, procurement and/or supply chains preferred
