In this dynamic environment, we are recruiting our Community Manager

The Role & What We Are Looking For

As part of the 200 years of the Cognac De Luze brand, a massive rebranding has been made. It will be unveiled in the course of 2022. As the Community Manager of our Cognac De Luze brand, you'll play a key role in building our presence across social media and communities. In addition, another new whisky brand will be launched in 2022 in some markets and you’ll be in charge of the launch on the social media channels.

What You'll Be Doing

· Managing all of Cognac De Luze and soon-to-be-launched whisky brand’s social media accounts including but not limited to Linkedin, Facebook, and Instagram

· Animate and create content and campaigns for our social media channel in coordination with the brand manager

· Work closely with the teams to ensure a 360-degree partnership for print, digital and social media coverage

· Build communities in Australia, the US and Europe and drive engagement with them

· Finding meaningful ways of collaborating with existing communities across the world and facilitating the collaboration from start to finish

· Manage, develop and execute global Influencer marketing activities and guidelines to maximize influencer activations, digital visibility, press coverage and positive consumer engagement

· Organizing digital events that connect our brands communities of distributors, marketers and clients

· Building out and executing the social media calendar

· Keeping a pulse on what's top of mind for the wine and spirits community and communicating with internal content teams to produce relevant and timely content

· Tracking daily and improving the performance of all social media and community initiatives

· Making monthly reports to the brand manager

Is this you?

We are looking for talented people, wearing many hats and taking this opportunity to develop your skills.

· You have at least 2 years of experience in community manager, influencer or social media manager roles

· You have successfully grown communities from scratch to thousands of active members

· You have the ability to create graphic content and the Adobe Cloud basics

· You love social media but also human interactions

· You are motivated by creating original and creative content that people love interacting with

· You are a strategist and a doer at the same time

· You are proficient in spoken and written English, French is a plus

The position is characterized by a great creative freedom / independence. In a human-sized company, you have a lot of flexibility, autonomy and a great capacity for action with the necessary resources to implement your ideas.
