Increase your sales and marketing effectiveness by quantifying your total addressable market penetration, recommending the names of your best future customers, prioritizing and optimizing your current pipeline, and automating engagement based on persona reach scores. Develop and retain your customer base, by understanding which customers are at risk of leaving you, recommending best cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and automating engagement with existing customers. Accelerate Cash generation, by benchmarking payment performance of each customer, recommending best collection actions at the right time to target your most valuable cash opportunities, maximizing your collection resources, and automating responses to routine inquiries so your team can focus on higher value activities.

We are hiring an outstanding Social Media Manager to join our team. If you are looking to make an impact, Sidetrade is the place for you. Our ideal candidate is a Twitter addict and is able to act as the face and voice of our brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content Manage day-to-day planning, regular updates and interactions across all Sidetrade social channels Grow engagement with clear and engaging stories Maintain a consistent Sidetrade branded tone/voice across social channels Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

More about you

Master’s degree in Brand, Media, Journalism, Analyst Relations, Public Relations, Marketing, Communication 3+ years work experience as a social media or community manager Experience launching community initiatives (blog, ambassador program, newsletter...) Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking and organization ability Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and see them through to completion Problem solving mindset Fluent in both French and English
