Summary:
As a member of the knowledge management team within content & community management, the internal community manager will act as a facilitator for internal communities at Ubisoft, whether related to a team, job, topic, event or interest. By identifying, promoting and animating key communities, the manager will contribute to knowledge capture and sharing in line with the company’s strategic priorities.

Help Ubisoft teams access information, expertise and resources required to do their jo Support internal partners with communication and community management in alignment with Ubisoft strategic priorities Accompany teams and internal community developers in their sharing across platforms as well as visibility and interactions with target audiences Moderate and animate the Ubisoft internal community (worldwide), and support existing communities whether job, interest/topic or team-based Champion internal community management tools and platforms, including providing training, support and best practices Cultivate a community of practice/network of internal community developersDay-to-day activities
Define community management strategies (communication plans, monitoring, editorial calendars, newsletter templates) for internal community “clients” & accompany them in their execution Work with active community members to support content creation, sharing of information and collaboration within the community Promote captured expertise & knowledge to appropriate audiences via relevant internal channels Coordinate with key internal partners (Global Communications, Editorial, Technology Group, Talent Development) to monitor community developments and ensure diffusion & sharing of content where necessary Animate & monitor interactions on the internal social network Curate content & act as “host” for internal sharing opportunities and events (newsletters, event recaps, live streaming, Ask me Anything sessions) Track achievement of KPIs by monitoring metrics for information capture & sharing (production, engagement, etc.) Produce content as needed on hot/trending topics, as well as those aligned with Ubisoft strategic prioritiesEducation & experience:
Any relevant academic degree (communications, marketing, information science, journalism) 2 to 5 years experience in the video game, digital media or tech sector, ideally in journalism, communities or communication Experience with video game development and related technologies Experience with digital content creation (blogging, video, live streaming, podcasting…) Experience with online communities (forums, social networks, gaming guilds…)Desired knowledge & skills:
