Within the Rolling Stock & Components (RSC) Development & Operations Product Line, the RSC Development and Project Office is responsible for defining standards, methodologies and tools for Engineering, Development and Project and for supporting Regions for developing competencies and for supporting projects in development phase.

The Advanced & Creative Design (A&CD) team in Saint-Ouen is looking for a Creative Designer Leader who will contribute to the development of creative mobility solutions which embody Alstom’s brand DNA!

What is the A&CD team responsible for? In a few words, the team is in charge of realizing Design studies during tender phase for all regions and defining Alstom product identity !

As a Digital Design Leader, you will be responsible to:

Ensure that the production deadlines are met by supervising digital designers and visualisation designers on a daily basis.
Lead 3D modeling,
Lead digital visualization, 
Contribute to define digital domain needs in term of tools and skills,
Propose innovative and creative ideas to satisfy the requests of our customers in term of digital support,
Integrate technical and cost requirements in the projects.

Profile

Experience of managing a team for at least 1 year
Knowledge in industrial design and in industrialization processes
Perfect mastery of design tools, modelling software (ALIAS Studio & Surface), animations software and virtual reality software (Vred, Maya, 3DSMAX)
Perfect mastery in Photoshop / illustrator / Lightroom
English business level
Good Communications and interpersonal skills including with third parties
Focused on perceived quality
Strong representation skills
