beIN MEDIA GROUP is building out its global digital team and is looking for three (3) UX/UI Designer (M/F) specialised in Responsive Web, Native Apps or Smart devices.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Leveraging talent for UX and strategic design thinking to create holistic, experiences that solve for user needs and business goals Creating designs, design ideas, user flows, sitemaps and prototypes, delivering these in line with project deadlines Contributing to discussions with design and development teams, consolidating concepts and driving toward solutions Presenting design decisions to peers, partners, and stakeholders, helping the product design team to articulate and rationalise capabilities against user insights and business goals Participating in on-site usability testing to ensure the end-product design provides users with the optimum experience in terms of simplicity, efficiency and effectiveness Share design expertise and ideas with people from design, product, editorial and tech teams. Collaborate with other members of the digital and wider team to get to the heart of what our users need, creating sketches, concepts, user journeys, wireframes and navigational prototypes. Develop the visual and interaction elements, user experiences, refining them towards a polished design, considering typography, iconography, layout and brand identity along the way Proactively try out your ideas and designs with sports fans on the street or in the stadium to make sure they’re meeting real user needs. Follow the latest design trends, device and technology developments

Experience

Degree in link with UI/UX and/or equivalent experience (4 years) Experience working with development teams, discussing priorities and technology constraints to ensure products meet requirements and are delivered on schedule Excellent working knowledge of key design tools (Sketch, Adobe Xd, Invision, Marvel etc.) and creating functional prototypes Proven ability to deliver innovative experiences across multiple screens and customer touchpoints - Mobile, Tablet, Desktop and TV form factors, with a working knowledge of distinct design constraints and nuances

Competencies

* Skilled in working as a user experience practitioner within a dynamic UX/D group (preferably in a sport or video/OTT context)

* Good knowledge of UI design principles and techniques, UX and interaction design – in particular around sport data visualisations

* Demonstrable UI design skills including creating product designs, design ideas, user flows, sitemaps and prototypes, and interpreting data

* Proven experience working in teams to deliver solutions

* English language fluency; additional language skills helpful

* Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing product, business, team members and other stakeholders

* Ability to absorb, challenge where necessary and act on constructive feedback

* Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills - the ability to communicate the reasoning behind your concepts, methods, and approaches to varied audiences

* Can prioritise and plan own work, to perform well and to multiple, tight deadlines
