\* Experience with Human-Computer Interaction and Interaction Design

\* Demonstrable UX design skills with a strong portfolio

\* Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

\* Proficiency with visual design programs such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Balsamiq, InVision or other prototyping and wire-framing tools

\* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping

\* Experience in leveraging telemetry to improve the usability of an application

\* Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

\* Ability to design the aesthetics to be implemented, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed

\* Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders

\* Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

\* Up-to-date with the latest UI & UX trends, techniques, and technologies

\* Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

\* Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, product owner and software engineers

\* Experience with responsive web application design principles

\* Ability to support mobile application design

\* Provide design oversight to more junior members of UI/UX team who may be involved

Skills & knowledge

7+ years of experience in UI/UX design experience in the French healthcare market is a plus Strong communication & collaboration skills Proficiency with Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and Software Development Lifecycle Ability to drive UX design while requiring little or no support from leadership Proficiency with the Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence) Strong experience with UX Design processes Experience within a SaaS software company that required exceptional design and usability is a plus Have experience with Behavior Driven Development and Agile software development Demonstrated experience with workflow-optimized design Understands technology trends supporting interface design Strong experience creating wireframes & interactive mockups Eager to take on the challenge to build world class products Strong planning and execution skills Tough minded with the ability to have an opinion and healthy debate with the executive team, colleagues, clients, but professionalism to present a unified front once a decision is made Impeccable integrity and ethical standards Ability to work with business owners to develop and negotiate solutions based on business needs Excellent communication (written and verbal) Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills and ability to promote a team environment Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure Ability to handle conflict, difficult situations, and urgent issues in a professional manner Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and good follow through skills who displays a passion to test and deliver high quality software Personal skills
