About the role

Critizr is looking for an energetic and motivated digital advertising professional to join our marketing team, in Paris, or in London as a digital advertising specialist. This represents an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about B2B digital advertising and is looking for a compelling challenge. Ideally, we would like for you to be passionate about retail and customer experiences these are topics that we and our clients really care about.

What will your main responsibilities be?

You will be focused on delivering new customer acquisition, growing marketing qualified leads, sales opportunities, and, ultimately, bookings. You will be in charge of building out demand generation channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social and working on developing test channels such as direct buys, e-newsletters, review sites etc. Own the digital media mix for France and the UK, working closely with the regional marketing managers to establish the distribution of budget deliver the best ROAS possible. Plan, activate and optimise digital media across multiple channels, from SEM to Paid Social and Display. Keep a close pulse on the budget, the pacing and the campaign KPIs - making daily adjustments to performance levers such as creative, targeting and bidding. Take initiatives to explore new platforms and inventory sources to test that can grow the volume of leads and pipeline. Report on the performance of each channel and of the overall media mix per country (UK, France).

What skills are we looking for?

Experience 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search, Paid Social and/or other digital advertising campaigns with ROAS focused goals. Cross channel experience, with proven ability in managing an entire media mix and scaling multiple channels successfully. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Skills Paid Search (must have - Google), Paid Social (must have - LinkedIn is key, Twitter, Facebook and others are a bonus), Display (desired - direct buys, programmatic, e-newsletters). Performance-based mindset; ability to understand the levers that drive performance and the actions needed to optimize campaigns (audience, bids/budgets, creative, conversion rate levers). Fluent in French or in English (both is a huge bonus but we know we can’t always get unicorns). You will be making independent decisions on the relevant keywords and the right ad copy to use for your campaigns including frequently assessing ad reports and making business decisions. Comfortable working in English (internal communications, meetings with colleagues, email, creating documents etc.). Proficient in advertising analytics (whatever your tool of choice is)

You have excellent quantitative analysis skills, with an intuitive mind and great problem-solving skills. You will be the kind of person who can think big, get stuff done and has fun. You have strong attention to detail whilst keeping the top-level objectives in focus. The role is very varied, which makes it fun and interesting, hence you will be able to balance big projects with small day to day tasks. You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are able to set priorities, communicate these clearly and integrate feedback as and when the business needs to pivot. Customer-centric: you have the ability to put yourself in the customer/prospect/partner’s shoes and apply this empathy to continuously improve their online journey.
